mazzy star vs slapp happy @ morr music

there's a review of 'Our Noise' album by Herrmann &
Kleine (morr music) at www.igloomag.com, that says:

" ?Blue Flower?, a cover of the Mazzy Star song from
She Hangs Brightly, features the female vocalist

This track is really amazing... Is it really a cover
of Mazzy Star track?
I thought it is a cover of Slapp Happy track, from
their 'Sort Of' album from the 70's i think...

i'm not very much familiar with Mazzy Star
discography, i've heard one of their albums, 'Among my
swan'... But they must have covered this 'blue flower'
track themselves, Slapp Happy track must be the
original... Slapp Happy are similar to Belle &
Sebastian or Gorky's Zygotic Mynci kind of bands...
