Well, I might draw a blurry line between physiological and psychological...

....but what I was trying to say was, I reject any given philosophy that
claims any *one* of those things primarily, to the exclusion of the other
factors ~ perhaps by redefining those factors in terms of (as predicated
on) the totalizing one.

Which is really to say, I agree with what I read you as saying:  if you're
flexible enough to take them all *together*, you've about covered it.

Of course, someone will probably chime in with ideas in the Vedas about
the fundamental original Om-vibration that precedes the universe... :)
