intriguing idea, but i wonder about pragmatics. i know the .microsound
chat room on soulseek only ever has about half a dozen people there and
theres rarely much discussion. so rather than trying to chat realtime,
what about an alternative email list, like microsound-discuss. then
people can spend a bit more time thinking through their posts and
responding to others. also not everyone has to be there at the same
time, so its in some ways more inclusive. i like the books that have
been suggested so far. just thoughts.
