A bias doesn't mean that it's totally without value.  The fact remains, the
ACLU won in court by proving that over 50,000 african americans were denied
the right to vote.  This still hasn't been corrected and it's been two
years.  It's speculation to think that enough of them would have voted for
Gore, or voted at all, to change the outcome of the election.  It's also
unproven that this was done deliberately by K. Harris to effect the
election/re-election of the Bush brothers.  They aren't jumping up and down
trying to correct the problem, which is really quite horrible if you think
about it.  The popular media hasn't given this very much attension, which is
equally un-suprising.  What this all adds up to is yours to decide.  Mr.
Palast thinks it's a conspiracy, Harris thinks it's an unfortunate
typographical error.  Still, take the facts out of the obviously biased side
commentary and this whole thing stinks pretty bad on it's own.  If you want
proof, I'll go on Lexus and pull up the court opinion.
