Dear all, here's some sound-spam from your local Copenhagen soundartist:

This month at www.ssshhhhh.dk :

"The sound of MouseH"

Why is interface-sound sometimes so annoying? Why did all the
flash-sound-interfaces disappear? Why is sound and interaction no easy
marriage? Is the user thus becomming an unskilled musician on a badly
designed instrument?

"The sound of MouseH" is a noisy sound-art-piece turning these questions
upside down; investigating the movements of the mouse are causing the sound=
s
to be noisy. It's a bad instument; it's hard to master. It's a sequence of
soundscapes. It forces the listener to explore the noise.

"The Sound of MouseH" is realized by Jannick Kirk S=F8rensen 2003 and is a
developed from a concept by Christian Leifelt.

"The Sound of MouseH" is featured project at the danish soundart site
ssshhhhh.dk  march 2003.
