ANNOUNCEMENT - e|i issue one - hitting the streets in march



announcing issue one of e|i magazine

electronic music has come a long way, weathering the ebb and flow of 
technological invent, generational mutation and perpetual re-evaluation 
by artist and devotee alike. the cut-and-paste tape editors and analogue 
pioneers of yesteryear, the continuing evolution of instrumentation and 
sound-sourcing media, and a rich history of experimentation and daring 
have ushered in the contemporary era of the digital sound wrinkle.

e|i spans the continuum of electronica, experimentalism and the 
avant-garde, shattering genre margins to encompass the past, the present 
and the future, extolling a broad swathe of artists who challenge the 
very notions of sound and vision.

as the enthusiasts publication documenting a broad spectrum of sonic 
textures, tastes and motifs, each issue of e|i features provocative 
interviews, historical overviews, enlightening reviews and bracing new 
views.
