City of Lost Children (a gorgeous French sci-fi film, er, freedom=
 sci-fi film, from 1995) has a tune that one character plays on a=
 sort of mini-accordion.  Along with a special serum, the tune=
 makes otherwise good characters turn hyper-violent.
