what network are you watching?  I've been hearing quite a bit of explosions,
to the point where it has been hard to hear the reporters at times.

speaking of sound....  I saw one report on The National tonight, which was
talking about US propaganda, and they showed one clip of what they believed
to be (or wanted to believe) was mobile scud launchers during the first gulf
war, which about a year later, turned out to be Jordanian oil tankers.
anyway, it was the classic black and white shot with the cross-hairs from
way above, and someone had dubbed in an explosion when the missile hit.
quite ridiculous.
