You say a lot of *us* couldn't change our minds? Who is us? Do you think
there is a conspiracy of people that are against war? Do you think a
bunch of people got together in some wharehouse and decided that it was
fashionable to honor life?

I am an individual. I detest violence. I detest that part of people
which craves power, I detest it in myself. It is not fashionable to want
to protect life. It is not fashionable to be peaceful. Look around you.
What do you see?

I'll tell you what I see. I see huge buildings and cars, agents of the
destruction of the earth. And the people that are selling them are the
same people that are putting millions of dollars into making movies about
war and violence. Violence is what is fashionable. Aggressive marketing
is fashionable. Which do you think came first meditation or toy guns?

The truth of people's deepest beliefs comes out through their actions and
the actions of george bush are murderous and completely oblivious to the
voices of the people from which he draws his power.

Do not trivialize a persons desire for peace by calling it fashionable
unless you want to discourage peace in the world.
