Assassination of a foreign sovereign leader is barred by the=20
u.s. constitution to best of my knowledge. I believe this was
passed during Carter's presidency. Sorry I don't have the=20
exact facts or resources to back it. However, one more
reason for impeachment : )  And I'm just reading now about
the "civilian" government the military has lined up to rule
Iraq. We are disregarding the UN & the rest of the world once
again... GO EMPIRE!!!  - R=20

Isn't admitting that you are trying to assassinate the leader of another
country for political reasons against the Geneva Convention, as well as =
