I'd say Jeter's output has always been kinda shaky! Ever read _The
Dreamlands_, on of his first books (Laser Books #33)? Very shaky. I always
prefered _Death Arms_ or his sequel to _The Time Machine_ called _Morlock
Nights_, in which the morlocks get control of the time machine.
