"bias" is an exhibition about sound arts in taiwan in june, 2003.
all works (audio only or videos about sound) will be played at Chinese =
Taipei Film=20
Archive and Etat media lab, a CDrom with a ISBNbooklet will be published =
as documentation of event.

every participant can submit
a. Pure sound art work (within 3 minutes), the format should be in an =
Audio CD or sound file.=20
b. Sound installation documentary (within 3 minutes), the format should =
be a videotape (NTSC) or film.
c. A film using sound as the theme (within 3 minutes), the format should =
be a videotape (NTSC) or film.

- mp3, CD, DAT or video about sound (within 3 mins.)
- texts with up to 2000 characters
- plus one or two images and
- a brief bio
- deadline: may 30, 2003
