Oh please... this sounds exactly like the present and past... this 
part of culture never actually changes... but it is only a thin 
veneer. real culture has always thrived beneath this veneer, and once 
properly sanitized is allowed into the "marketplace" or at least the 
disneyfied version of the marketplace we all know and seemingly 
despise.
