what you consider to be "real culture" is also "real sparse"

those mtv kids are the vast majority.  if they weren't, the corporations
would be throwing their money at US, not paul oakenfold and dave matthews +
whatever else is going on with the cool kids now.

when you limit yourself to only your own interests, it is sometimes
difficult to see the potential obscurity of those interests.  in that case,
looking for the money is a good way to tell what the most popular ideas are.

IMo of course.
