I think that this idea is too similar to previous microsound projects,
particularly the "City of the Future." I think it will be more inspiring to
have the option to create an alternative score, using whatever sound
sources, based on a visual segment of the film.

So, I vote for the more recent deliberations of devslashnull and eloy, along
with Bill's recommendation that we include time-code so that folks can synch
up with the video at a later date.
