Oh, Yes! In one art gallery performance I did, that audience was the worst.  They don't ask, "Where's the band?" they ask, "So what program are you running?" while you're in the middle of performing.  But I kind of think patience is important in dealing with people who are unaware. I answer them, but then say, "I really need to concentrate right now." Then they seem to get it.
