Great curation / promotion for a Museum show (by the Pharmanaut by
the way) which resulted in newspaper and radio coverage, reasonably
well attended shows, and appreciative audiences. not to mention the
free beer :)
On the other hand we did a tour of the west coast last summer (as
OVNI- 3 piece audio visual laptop improv) and for a show in Seattle
we were billed as "tech-house". talk about an unprepared audience...
upon seeing the flyers we went back to the place we were staying and
wrote basically an entire new "set" and somehow managed to pull off a
really strange but ultimately danceable "tech-house" set... go figure.
