RadioValve (an iRadio station, I helped start back in 1996) has been 
"cell-casting" on wireless for over a year now. It is a FREE service 
(you only pay for airtime of course) and is available on many 
services including Nextel and Boost Mobile.

RadioValve has 23 different programs in a range of electronic music 
styles which runs 24 hours a day.

Sound quality basically sucks. But in time it will improve.
