  Rick Reed - The Overload

  The Godfather of the Austin Experimental Scene will be presenting an
  audio/video installation called "The Overload". It features music created
  from short wave noise, sine wave sounds and synthesizer with video created
  from both new material and archive footage of handpainted films. It is
best
  described as a study on the physicality of electronic media by way of the
  sounds of non-broadcast electromagnetic signals, such as those produced by
  meteorites, navigation satellites and the City of Austin Power Plant
itself.

  Keith Manlove - Piece for Five Tracks

  'Piece for Five Tracks' explores discontinuous form as well as the
subtlety of the
  electronic medium. It takes five previous 'perfomances' and arranges them
into a
  new performance, much like chopping up sentences to make new sentences.

  Brent Fariss - Concrete for Berio

  A tribute to the recently-departed Italian master, Luciano Berio.  Live
musique concrete featuring Berio's music, electronic sounds, vocal noises,
and more.
