Placard Festival NYC July 17-19

This Thursday through Saturday the spaceworks gallery at The Tank will be
hosting the NYC branch of the Placard Festival of Experimental and
Electronic Music. There are a lot of great people involved, including many
from this list, so if you are in town, please try and stop by.
Some performances are headphone listening only, so if you have a pair, bring
a pair.
