England's Hidden Reverse

apologies for x post this will be my only one.

I'm looking to get a copy of the book England's Hidden Reverse ( the Coil-
c93-NWW history). I'd prefer to buy it in the States to save on shipping.
I'd also prefer to give my money to Threshold House but can't seem to get
through to the store module of the site.

As well, I know there are a few editions at this point (3 or 4?) with
different inserts  and would like to be schooled.
