hold yourself back from who? me? i'm agreeing with you. what i'm saying is
that the execs fantasies about what will sell and who the demographic is
determine what gets airplay/exposure. i didn't say anything at all about
African American made art and culture not actually being saleable. what i
mean is that a whole lot of it is never given a chance because of that kind
of thinking.
