"African American's are, like everybody, they're the victims of their
information scam and if you're not getting the right information you
can't make the best decisions.  The average young African American man
or woman is growing up with the information scam of the "Top 10" as far
as what's being played on the radio.  The images are all of the young
superstud, or the tough guy(thug) image, but we don't get the
opportunity to see the physicists, the chemists, the educators...
There's a whole group of African Americans who've been interested in
"achieving"- but they're not talked about, those are not the images that
are being held up for young people."
