microsound projects

anyone can start and implement a microsound project...that is exactly what
the hotline server was set up for...and if Eloy is asked and has some free
time he might be able to put together a web site at the microsound page for
it...but anyone can make a page and give it to Eloy to post as well...
please feel free to start projects at any time!
