idea: touring laptop musicians forum redux

my proposed list:
    - would NOT serve as a resource list for beginner musicians looking for
a list of venues/festivals to email for gigs
    - have ANY mention of fees and/or money - the only mention of money
allowed would be if the artist was ripped off
    - would be for professional touring musicians ONLY (experimental
electronic music)...i.e., people who make their living doing this
    - the criteria, invitation and moderation of the list would be done by
me
    - would not be meant for slandering/slamming/dissing/talking smack about
venues and festivals - just offering *objective* feedback about the artists
experience
    - would focus on technical and logistic issues mainly
    - would be for performance, installation work, exhibition, etc
    - not meant for DJ's/clubs since this list would be set up to focus on
experimental/abstract gallery/festival oriented electronic music
