first, a quick note to let you know that i just paypalled you for the 
'room...sky' cd.

second, not sure if you're familiar with e|i, but some quick info for you:

we recently just published issue two, and as our strong sales are 
attesting, are quickly becoming the foremost print magazine covering 
musics electronic, experimental, avant-garde & otherwise. already in its 
short lifespan, the magazine has gone quite some way to establishing 
itself as the prime resource for all electronic-oriented sounds & 
styles. our first issue encompassed everyone from morton subotnick, kim 
cascone and artemiy artemiev, to benge, kurt ralske & kerry leimer, and 
on to expanding records, geometrik, steve roach, red antenna and 
accretions. issue two featured overviews on mother mallard & zoviet 
france, commentary from robert moog, and pieces on evan parker, 808 
state, pulseprogramming & electric birds, in addition to more label 
profiles on plop, progressive form, 12k, vivo & much more. and, of 
course, each issue features close to 150 reviews on all formats.

currently at work prepping our third issue, our editorial purview 
continues to be quite broad, encompassing both historical & contemporary 
aspects of electronica & experimentalism, in all their subgenres, 
subtexts and subcategories. back in the 90s, my former publication, i/e, 
covered the same territories to pervasive effect. there still sorely 
lacks a publication that intelligently, passionately & critically 
assesses all manners of electronic music in a literate sense. e|i, like 
i/e before it, fills that void.

via national & international distribution, our co-ordinated website 
(being further updated over the next few months), and launch parties for 
our first issue on both sides of the u.s.a earlier this year, issue one 
has now sold out (print run: 10,000) and issue two has thus far 
performed well beyond all expectations.
