  I found those early Stevie Wonder records especially impressive and
several times 'wondered' how he got those polyphonic textures. I was reading
about how'Songs in The Key of Life' was recorded and how the tracks were
added during transfers instead of multitracking , seems to give it an
organic (best word I could come up with ) quality.
