well... not so much experimental, but Arvo Pa"rt pieces for choir sung by 
Estonian Chamber Choir are amazing... also Morton Feldman: Three Voices 
for Joan La Barbara... other Cage things... Lovebomb by terre thaemlitz 
has sort of "acappella" (well... I mean... vocoder only)
btw, terre is amazing! For those going to transmediale, don't miss his 
performance!
