yes , marketing , years ago herbal "remedies" where being criticised
and banned for making such statements , and had to become
creatively articulate about possible results .   would anyone even notice
if a promo sticker for a release said " buying this cd might not make you 
happy ,
but you might be happy non the less "  .  maybe good for an adbusters spread 
....
