o, definately, every possible place on earth
contributed,

but proportionally to population
there are more and less intence areas of emerging
music more or less

sometimes it is harder for a 3rrd country
musician to reach out

but they do,
some immigrants to us, canada and europe
contribute, so, modern music scene has more then
enough ethnic influences

but dominant experimental and succesfull trends
are 
somehow comming from several special places on
earth which is interesting in itself in diferent
respects

i noticed that now it is UK, germany with
bordering places, sanfrancisco ,canada

also chicago+detroit but thats more like canada
region

and here i mean not just pure experimental 
but like we discuss, 
electronica in general from hiphop to ambient,
minimal

the rest somehow produces less
