Composer and installation artist Malte Steiner
[aka Elektronengehirn] offers  a set of
electronic pieces built from laptop
manipulations, processed wind instruments and
field recordings. In this collection of tracks
[selected & sequenced by Stasisfield curator john
kannenberg from a larger collection of material],
Steiner combines a variety of metallic sine
waves, 8-bit percussive clicks, fountains of
static, and cavernous reverb to envelop the
listener within a frostily biomechanical sonic
landscape.
