Re: [microsound] re: madrid ?



It's not that important to me if one person or one million people listen to
what is produced under this theme. But I think the ideas and thoughts that
are sparked from this (or any other event) has the effect of spreading like
ripples in a pond, even if the ripples are very small or doesn't reach
anyone until after a long time.

Our personalities are not static but constantly re-formed and evolving every
second of our lives, and the small impact that our personalities may have on
others, who in turn also has an impact on others that he/she meets, can
change things on a larger and more unpredictable scale.

This terrorist act has changed us all a little bit, even if we're not aware
of it, and so will this thread - that's what makes it interesting to me.
Spreading a verbal and political message is great too, but this is simply a
more stealth way of doing it.
