No, I have to disagree there, you could reduce anything to signs and
systems.
You can certainly have a totally banal item placed in a different context
(read distributed differently) be a piece of art.
But once repeated too often the effect is gone. So Net.art must include
the aesthetics of the medium to be valid nowadays.
