Re: [microsound] text to voice



Well, AT&T has libraries that CAN (note that it's often a little more
complicated than just copying and pasting text, sometimes you need to
phonetically modify the text) sound very natural...

There is a demo at this site:

Beware though... First of all it's not something that the average consumer
is thought to buy so the price is very high. These libraries are available
through other channels but I guess it's best not to post any advice on how
you can reach them here.
