the unanswered part as always refers to the context of NOW

That sound art // music helps to define the collective identity and
experience of people  - that time changes and populations and attitudes
change - that Cage's stance of working within the realms of chance and
indeterminacy allow an unlimited expression of what is viable as music -
based on context and today's context - the state of the world and the
develop of new composers // artists here and now because of TIME mean that
this is a fluid state - The aim is not to have answers - the aim is to
always be questioning and therefore open to discovery and not closed to what
is around us.
