Yes, at least IMO.  Its no different then appreciating the pattern of a
Leopard in nature, or that of a snowflake.  Mass amounts of random
information(Whatever it may be) tends to organize itself(Chaos Theory).  I
do not need to know wether some one Orchastrated the sound piece, or if it
was totally random in order to appreciate it.

Is it Art tho?:)  Say i spill some ink on my drawing table and it goes every
where.  I pick up a piece of paper that the ink ran over as it spilled.  I
am fascinated with the result.  A total random event creates an intersting
shape and pattern.  Is that piece of paper art?  I think it is but i am
shure there are plenty of individuals that would not agree with me, and
present strong arguments supporting their opinions.  Its all relative to
each individual.
