i think generally speaking, giving people ways of killing themselves creatively is
something most publishers would tend to shy away from... kinda live those 'how to
build high yeild thermonuclear weapons using only household products' books, i that
loved so dearly. unfortunately i sold the entire collection on ebay to some guy named
buck from houston.
