[microsound] call for text on noise

Noise is a broad collection of practices, aesthetics, and concepts. In this
spirit we are initializing a project to explore and expand the participants'
personal relationship to and understanding of noise.

We're looking for artists who would like to share their thoughts and
experiences from working with noise to accumulate a repository of writings.
Our aim is to end up with an overarching compilation of texts in order to
better understand our own practice and to fuel ideas for new work.

We're not exclusively interested in writings dealing with noise as sound;
noise is linked to a vast field of practices and we hope to find some
unexpected takes on the subject.

A TWiki page has been created to start building a collection of texts
dealing with noise in all its manifestations.

You can find the TWiki page for NoiseText project at:
http://microsound.nexthop.net/bin/edit.cgi/Main/NoiseText

Please register before adding text to the site. You can do this by going to
the users page and filling in your contact information.

We hope to receive personal stories and critical texts, short or extensive.

***Please contact Jon or Kim with your ideas and text BEFORE putting it on
the TWiki site.***
