[microsound] wiki is down

hi

sorry, but the server hosting the wiki had a problem [user error] which
resulted in the system crashing and it is off the network right now.

i have been told that it will be back up sometime later and everything
should be fine when it comes back. i don't have more of a schedule than
that.
