I on the other hand was under the impression that "power noise" and 
"power electronics" were very different. PE being Whitehouse, Sutcliffe 
Jugend, Genocide Organ, Con-Dom, Grey Wolves, Taint, Grunt, Slogun, 
etc, and PN being Ant-Zen style rhythmic noise.
