hello list,

apologies if this topic has been discussed already...

i am in the market for a new external hard drive... size: prefer 120 + GB ... portability is a must... with a decent buffer and a fast seek time... automatic backup would be nice too, but not needed... either usb or firewire... anybody have any experiences with certain brands either good or bad? pls let me know, your advice is greatly appreciated...
