[microsound] sequencers and cc´s editing

hi all

i need a suggestion for an application that can handle a very simple thing:
to edit 18 cc´s in a visible way - like hyperdraw on logic. all visible at 
same time.
can cubase or sonar do that? does you know any other app that can do that 
also?
i think digital performer can do that but i´m on pc...

is there any other app that you use for editing big chunks of cc´s?
or that i can use for creating cc data in a visible way?

i imagine something like a seq303 in a drawing-style with 18 simultaneous cc 
windows...
