this may be a bit OT, but does anyone have an opinion on 88.1kHz 
or 96kHz recording as opposed to 44.1 or 48?  i'm considering 
picking up a multitrack hard disk recorder (i don't like being on the 
computer all the time) and i'm wondering if it's worth the extra $ for 
the higher version.  how much difference does the oversampling 
make?  it's not like i'm doing a lot of processing in that 
environment, just basically capture, cut and paste.

if you feel this would be beneficial to all, reply on-list, or just email 
me personally.  but not both please!  thanks very much in advance.
