Subject: [microsound] beat patterns

Hi,

I'm interested in work that's been done with interference patterns. Alvin
Lucier's work for example...heterodyning, etc. I've created some simple
max patches that work with this principle and I'm curious who else is
doing this kind of work these days. Are there are any other pieces you
might know of I might want to check out? Any articles on the theory
involved?

best regards,

-zach
