i don't find this true at all really. and the
differences in coming and going from europe the last
few years i have noticed are extreme. if you want to
have distribution in the states, put down your money
to make a registered CD...no one will take CDRs...in
europe sometimes it is a bit easier. same goes for the
press. try getting the wire to review your cdr
release. if you are not an already established
"outside" cult legend, label-legitimated or sleeping
with somebody in the right position, forget it.
