[microsound] Music In Kobe?

I will be in Kobe through the end of May and am curious about any 
micro (or other) music events in the surrounding area (Osaka, Kyoto, 
etc) during that time, as well as about any record shops (or for that 
matter ramen shops) or other places to visit.  Thanks for any hints.
