Seriously, It depend on the context, but I don't see how a single word can
be 'one to one' and not 'one to many'. For exemple it can add a bit of fun
joke to every one (well, it depend of the joke...), or it can be a way to
say to people that a user is not the only one thinking something. In most
cases (if not all) it's just a way to open/continue the discussion.
