[microsound] making vinyl skip infinite

the nature of using turntables
with a skipping record is the large area of chance.
there are many things one can try.
scratching the record with a nail,
put duct tape on the record,
taping the tone arm in the exact position
but its always out of control.
that is the beauty.

Long shot here-

Does anyone know of a way in which to scratch or alter a record to ensure that it will skip in a controlled
desired pattern?

Similar to locked groove records-never used one personally-but that is what I'm trying to create.
