[microsound] unesco grants

Hello all,

I've often wondered what the average age of the list is... anyhow, if 
there is anyone out there under 25 (sigh) and from Latin America, Asia 
or Eastern Europe, then it might be worth their while checking out the 
following Unesco grant  for study at the Bourges institute for 
electroacoustic music.
