Creativity doesn't relate with reward and punishment methods
that have been imposed on us by us.

Being naive and unrealistic have been proved
many times the talents of the creative ones.
And actually this world is not the best possible, indeed!
There might be other versions of it as well...:-)
I'm in favor of creative/spiritual capital not capital!
.....to earn money from your creative efforts that's fair enough
no problem with that if it's not the priority!
